I booked a limousine service for a post-wedding tour after our chapel ceremony in Las Vegas, but when the vehicle arrived, it was a van. I questioned the driver about why it wasn’t a limousine, and he responded in an extremely impatient and rude manner, simply saying, “This is it. If you don’t want it, then it’s canceled.” He then turned his back and left.
We contacted the company that sold us the service, and they promptly worked to resolve the situation by sending the correct limousine. However, the experience had already been affected. The second driver was more receptive, but when we asked for suggestions on where to go, he refused to help, saying he was “just the driver.” Luckily, we knew a bit about Las Vegas, but for someone unfamiliar with the city, this lack of guidance could be a major issue.
I’m giving 5 stars because I don’t intend to harm the company’s reputation, but I hope this message reaches those in charge. They are not just driving people around—they are part of their dreams and special moments. Good service and respect make all the difference!

WORST company EVER! My brother just got married at Graceland Chapel and they sent a PARTY BUS instead of a LIMO that was requested. Driver was VERY STUPID and just said he was very busy and turned his back and left, leaving everyone on the street.

After two attempts to contact them by email, we reiceives no reply. You can reach someone via phone and everything has been arranged. To be on the safe side I wrote another email with all the details which then was confirmed by the company.
Nobody came on the day. After 15 minutes I called again and realized they had forgotten about us. An hour later a bus arrived, even though we had booked a limousine which was totally filthy. Empty bottles and used glasses were in the bus. It was aweful!
The driver started arguing with me when I was incredibly disappointed about the situation. So we abandoned the tour.
The company is totally unprofessional from top to bottom. Not only did nothing work out but the way they deal with potential clients is beyond outrageous!
I would NOT recommend this company!
